I live in the United States and haven't experienced a problem out of Nonoh until recently when I was trying to make a call to Africa. Can you tell me how to solve the problem?

When you encounter issues, the first thing you need to do is to check the online FAQ provided by the developers of the application. Access the page and use the search form. Enter the most relevant word that describes you problem and read through the available topics. If you still encounter issues, turn off the firewall and re-install the application using the available download on the official website.
I was using Nonoh with my SIP device, but now it is not working anymore. Some of my friends are having the same problem. I'm in Qatar. What can I do?

Unfortunately, you can't use the application in Qatar, because its developer is not licensed by ictQATAR (Ministry of Information and Communications Technology). The only two companies currently licensed are QTel and Vodafone. Other countries that have VOIP communication restrictions are: UAE, China, Oman, Syria, Turkey, Malaysia, Bahrain, Belize, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Thailand, Tunisia and Vietnam.
